	Smoke 120

	1) follow the smoke test up to the "type hierarchy" section
	2) I select TestCase.java in the packages view
	3) As I'm used to by now, I pressed F4 to show the type hierachy
	4) nothing happened.

	Unless there's a reason against it, we should enable at least F4 in the packages view.
