Build Identifier: Version: Indigo Service Release 1 Build id: 20110916-0149 When importing projects via the headless command line, there is no option to copy imported project into the workspace: projects are linked in place and the build is performed at the physical location of the project. The import and copy project option is available in the GUI. It should also be available in the headless mode.
