Build Identifier: 20120614-1722 'plugin' and 'plugins' appears to be an invalid word, and although it would be fun to replace all references with the word Belgian as suggested it wouldn't make much sense. As in 'We have had to extend the Belgian architecture, so our Belgian doesn't interfere with other Belgians' Admittedly I could add it to my own dictionary, but its a word that a large percentage of developers are likely to use at least at some point. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Given you create a class comment in a java class 2. When you type a sentence with the word 'plugin' or 'plugins' in it 3. Then a dashed yellow line appears under the word denoting a spelling error 4. When you hover over the word 5. Then a tooltip appears asking if you wish to replace it with the word 'Belgian'
We use http://www.merriam-webster.com where the correct spelling is "plug-in".
Let's reuse this bug for the wrong suggestion.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
