I found a decorator running for a long time. dtrussing eclipse revealed what
files Eclipse was working on.

The reason for this is (my guess) that the repo is still in the repositories view, where it is actually not visually decorated either, even if I expand
to the Working Directory. The working directory is also not decorated when a project is open.

This is annoying since the project contain 174k files and I closed the project
temporarily for performance reasons so I expect it to not
