When the user create a project from an existing location, the build path could be not set.So, a new project with no source folder could be created.

As we can not guess the source path easily, a solution is :
- to forbid the user to finish the project wizard on the first page when he choose to create a project from an existing location.
- to raise a warning on the second page if there are no source folder defined.
