I see bad performance problems in the PDE in two locations (not sure whether 
they are related):

1. When importing 2-3 very small plugins into a workspace containing roughly 
100 Java (plugin) projects, it sometimes hangs on the status "Updating." for 
over 30 minutes. At best it takes several minutes to complete.

2. When updating the classpath of a single plugin project, it can take several 
minutes, even if that plugin is a leaf. (i.e. there are no dependancies in the 
workspace)

This defect appears to be related to 26969, but that defect appears to be fixed 
in v2.1, and I'm still seeing these problems.

What build are you using as your host platform?
I used the 2.1 GA to update the classpath of WSADIE plug-ins that have a huge 
list of dependencies, and the operation takes a few seconds.
