In Eclipse, apply patch from https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=368432

IS: The wizard warns about a missing feature.xml file.
SHOULD BE: There should be no conflicts.

The file is under features/org.eclipse.orion.server-feature/feature.xml in the filesystem, the same in the patch. I guess the culprit is name of the project in Workspace ie. org.eclipse.orion.server.feature which is derived from .project.
