If there is a service available for adding new commands to the Orion console, then it should have documentation. I recall some discussion that this was possible but don't see an entry in the Orion developer guide:

There is a build script change needed when there is a new wiki page added. I'll reopen and take this to do next week.

I missed my chance.. it can live on the wiki for now, and will leave this open as a reminder to update in 1.0 stream.
