It is traditional for EMFT project to move out of EMFT when the graduate. Please discuss this with your PMC. We can combine a move (restructuring) review with the release if necessary.

I guess that you mean "copy/paste the text of the Move review", and not to have a reference towards the Move review page. Else, Ed agrees with the description of the Move review.

OK. The Move review is integrated in the Release/Graduation review. I think it's ready now.
The release review has been declared successful! Please continue with your release. The graduation is also declared successful. Congratulations! Please open a bug against EGF for the move from EMFT to EMF. In that bug, detail all of the steps that we need to undertake as part of the move. Please copy emo@eclipse.org, webmaster@eclipse.org, and sharon.corbett@eclipse.org on that bug and set it as a blocker on this bug.
