In order to write a linenumbers client or proxy, one need to have the protocol
documentation.

The linenumbers protocol documentation does not appear at :
http://git.eclipse.org/c/tcf/org.eclipse.tcf.git/plain/docs/TCF%20Services.html

I set it as major bug since TCF agent is protocol based. If the protocol doc is
not here, it is as if the service is not here.
