The ModelExplorer should be covered by JUnit tests

In R8066 : commit the plugin oep.views.modelexplorer.tests on the SVN.
Currently this plugin tests the DeleteHandler activation on : 
	- the root EObject -> should be disabled
	- the linkItem -> should be disabled
