Now that Photran supports third-party API documentation (Bug 373194) and OpenACC support has been implemented for Fortran (Bug 373315), we should ensure that

- MPI dynamic help/documentation is available for Fortran
- MPI code templates are available for Fortran (Bug 354281)
- MPI artifact analysis works for Fortran (Bug 373597)

- OpenMP dynamic help/documentation is available for Fortran
- OpenMP code templates are available for Fortran
- OpenMP artifact analysis works for Fortran (Bug 373597)

It looks like the dynamic help pages for OpenMP are C-specific, so there is no point in integrating them with Photran.  We may want to consider adding Fortran specifics to them at a later date.
