The DateTime calendar cell size is fixed and it is set by the server *only* when widget is created (DateTimeCalendarLCA#renderInitialization). We have to make this cell size adjustable by the TSD.

Just a note: This is important for the cells with weekday names, where the text depends on the locale. For Chinese locale for example the weekday names are cut-off in the first run. See http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/351250/
