For Photran 8, the user's guide

- should be maintained in the photran.doc.user, rather than being generated from the wiki, and

- should be updated to reflect changes in Photran 8 (and platform 4.2)

Renaming bug.  The refactorings in Comment 1 were released in Photran 8.0.0 but are not documented in the user's guide (photran.doc.user).
