Currently view icons, menu icons, etc. can be selected via a browse button. Unfortunately this works only for the current project as the appearing resource selection dialog is limited to the current project.

I suggest showing the whole workspace and allow to select icons from other plugins. Such icons should be referenced with a platform:/plugin/<Bundle>/... reference.
