What do you mean by "not work" - not fixed? Could you provide a self-running snippet that demonstrate the problem?

The editors are on the top layer of the fixed column.

Let summarize your setup:
1. Table with fixed columns
2. Horizontal scrollbar is moved so a non-fixed column is partly visible.
3. You activate a cell editor for this half-visible column and cell editor control is fully visible. You expect part of it to be below the fixed column.
This behavior is created by design. For us, there is no sense cell editor controls to be partly visible, otherwise you will not see what you are editing. I will close this bug as invalid. Please reopen it if you disagree.
