Build Identifier: Hudson ver. 2.2.0

Please add a link to the "top of page" at the bottom of all "console output" pages.  Right now the only thing down there is a link to hudson-ci.org.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run a build with a lot of console output
2. scroll to the end to see the last few lines
3. realize you have to page all the way back up to navigate anywhere else

This is probably worth doing as a general link in the main page template so that it's available on every page
