Fixed in master, updated screenshots and text.  Also added a separate doc page for the new extension wizard (already hooked up to help context).  Added better linking between all the plug-in editor pages.

Verified in 4.2.0 I20120514-1900 with doc bundles exported into my host

Also fixed the broken 'related reference' image links in all of the manifest editor doc:
