We are using the GEF palette and we have an incident where a palette tooltip is wrapping in an unnatural way in Chinese.  The text wrapping results with only a period on the second line.  I don't see this happening in English, so I think it is an issue specific to the locale.  I will upload a screen cap of the issue.
