There is no longer tycho 0.14.0-SNAPSHOT pom/jar available so please move to a released version (0.14.1) or next snapshot (0.15.0-SNAPSHOT). This issue prevents people that don't have 0.14.0-SNAPSHOT to even try testing the prototype.

We are aware of this issue and are working on getting this fixed. Aiming to get the fix pushed later today.

Igor moved us to 0.14.1. I tested R3 & R4 versions of the prototype CBI platform build with success in each case. Alex, please confirm things are good for you now too. Thanks.
