In order to try and indicate to users that lock/unlock are special names in an AspectJ program (they are pointcut designatures if you have the option -Xjoinpoints:synchronization switched on), it would be nice to highlight them in pointcuts.

thisAspectInstance should also be highlighted as 'special' - it is discussed here: http://www.eclipse.org/aspectj/doc/released/README-1612.html

At this point, I'm guessing, all that is required is syntax highlighting.  Content assist, etc is not being requested.  For now, unless there is good reason otherwise, I will implement this.  And later, I can add more complete support if asked.

Fix is easy enough.  Just updated the keywords list in AspectJPlugin.
