New screenshot is required for include source and include configuration phase options.

Fixed in master

Screenshot is updated, the options descriptions were improved.  Also fixed a number of links that pointed to the locations tab screenshot instead of the html help page.

Verified in 4.2.0 I20120514-1900 with doc bundles exported into my host
