The preference page needs documentation that explains how to use the page as well as how to contribute additional tracing options.

The doc for the tracing page, along with the doc for the error log view should be put in the platform guide.

PDE owns the code, but the bundles are intended for platform/RCP users.

Mike, please verify.  If everything is ok, please merge the integration branch (for both doc and pde.ui).

There were some CHKPII errors and a typo in /org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/topics_Reference.xml.

All fixed now and released.
