I20120214-2230 on orion.eclipse.org 

1. Go to the Navigator
2. Use the arrow keys to highlight a folder, then press RightArrow to expand it.
3. Its twistie remains in the 'closed' state.

This poses a problem when dealing with empty folders: when you expand an empty folder using the keyboard, it looks identical to a collapsed folder.

This is not truly a duplicate, but is fixed by the recent fix for bug 360687
