For org.eclipse.orion.server, Commits section takes up like 80% of the page height. Frankly speaking, I don't care about commits which are older than a month. I don't know what threshold is being used, but it's definitely too large. Changing it to few commits/days or even better, making the section expandable would be great.

I agree. I think the list should have fixed length. It would help if the list was collapsible too and managed from the sidebar. I will work on that during .5.
