Named queries should participate in class and attribute level refactoring.

We may want to only focus on class level refactoring for JPQL queries for now. The question is whether having support for class refactoring and not attribute would be confusing to the user. Certainly class refactoring would be much more feasible for Juno.

This was going to require too much work to support refactoring inside Java code in M7, so moving to 3.3.

This would really be a GREAT feature if Dali supported it.
