4 git tests failed:
testFetchRemote
testFetchRemoteBranch
testLogAllBranches
testPullRemote

They all seem to fail from the same reason: the current branch is expected to be "a" and in fact is "master"

Caused by a recent fix in JGit -- bug 364853. I will update the tests.
