We need some js tests that run through each page, and at a minimum run all of the global commands, page toolbar, and page navigation commands that are registered on the page.  This would help immediately flush out problems when we tweak the API of the command framework.  I'm not sure that we would test anything more than the ability of the page to run all the commands to completion.  

I'm less sure about how we'd do item-level commands, but we should look into it.
