	In the package viewer: Currently all resource are ordered by name.
	Wouldn't it be better to first list all resource folders (ordered), then all resources?
	This is what the navigator does
		

NOTES:
EG (5/9/01 3:28:15 PM)
	makes sense, resource folders should have a higher prioerity than resources.

EG (10.10.2001 22:51:13)
	should be considered in JavaElementSorter
