Although a nice optional feature, I'm not sure about adding this toolbar to all perspectives by default.  The toolbar is very large now, and makes it hard to find the most useful shortcuts.

We should look at this in M4.

Not sure which one you mean, Chuck. You mean the Launch Bar (which is its own row) that comes from CDT?
