Test Case
	Create a scrapbook page
	Enter the following text "junit.samples.VectorTest.main(null);)"
	Select the text
	Run
	Reselect the text

	The display, run and inspect actions in the toolbar do not enable when text is selected in a scrapbook page.
	The context menu actions are updated.
