Named Query support has just been added to applicable MappedSuperclass types.  The JPQL content assist does not work for these in the Java Editor.  This support should be enabled.  The details view does work.

Verified JPQL Content assist is working for mapped superclass.  See the link to view test steps for verification. http://wiki.eclipse.org/Dali_3.1_RC1
