If the workspace has lots of binary java projects and source java project,
after deleting one source java project and checking out that java project
from a repository( such as cvs ), after file transfer is done, eclipse
popups dialog to just say "Updating...." and it takes a loooooooooooots
of time to pop down that modal dialog.

On eclipse 2.0.x, I didn't see this problem, so I think it's a performance
degradation of eclipse 2.1.
