Moving to UI as this requires a change to the UI code.  The fix puts associated the help with the page's control rather than a composite created within.  This will have to wait for RC3.

Fixed in HEAD.  No review required as it is a documentation fix.

Verified in 3.8-I20120529-2100 and 4.2-I20120529-1900.
