TM (25.01.2001 12:16:12) TM (25.01.2001 11:51:54) ITPJUI 71.50 1) open a "create java project" wizard 2) goto the "Source" tab on the build path settings page. 3) create a new source folder. 4) observe: the source folder path you have to enter is a path relative to the project, but the path is rendered as workspace relative in the source folders list. 5) observe: the bin folder is always workspace relative. On a related note: 1) enter some project name 2) go to the source page 3) add a new source folder 4) press "back" to the project name page 5) press next 6) observe: the source folder is still there 7) press "back" to the project name page 8) change the name 9) press next 10) observe: the source folder is gone. I we would treat the source folders, etc. as project relative, we wouldn't have to lose the settings when the project name is changed. EG (2/1/01 9:52:31 AM) there needs to be a workbench convention for how to present workbench relative path names.
moved to 'active'
we changed to remove the / when we show project names, e.g. on the status line. This must be an oversight and we should change this path to be relative as well.
