Ctrl+T and Open implementation hyperlink are not always lightening fast and sometimes it is useful to be able to persist the already computed information.

We could persist the info in Type Hierarchy View by adding a button to the popup at the top right corner. The button icon could be similar to the 'Show Stack Trace in Console View' toolbar button in the Error Log View.

I don't like to "pollute" the multi-hyperlink hover. It should remain lightweight.

We can discuss adding it to Ctrl+T but to me this looks like a workaround for people who don't know F4 ;-). See bug 14338 for an improvement to F4.
