Build: 2.1 RC2

The following actions have spelling/capitalization problems.  These titles are
taken from the keybindings preference page.  In some cases the casing is
different where these actions appear in menus.

Goto Matching Bracket ("Go to" should be two separate words)
Surround with try/catch block ("block" should be upper case)
