DBCS: Got "Exception in thread" error message when launch a Plug-in Project code 
at "Runtime Workbench instance".
	This problem happened on the S. Chinese and T.Chinese only.
Korean and Japanese stations worked fine.

Steps to recreate:
- Take any Plug-in project code,
- Launch it at "Runtime Workbench instance"
=> get the following error message on the console:
java.lang.NoClass DefFound Error:
