Using the IBM 1.3.1 SR2 VM (build cn131-20020710)

* Start a new empty workspace
* Close the welcome editor
* Maximize the SDK window
* Switch to Java perspective
* Create a Java project "Test", with default buildpath settings
* Import from a zip file -> "junit3.8.1.zip" into project Test
* During the import the SDK hangs
* Unable to get any output from VM pressing CTRL-Break
* Unable to terminate VM with CTRL-C

I did this 4 times: 3 times the VM hung, 1 time the VM GP'd.

Does not happen with IBM1.3.1 SR1 (build cn131-20020403)

NOTE: I doubt this is a JCORE bug, but since that is where the hang seemed to 
occurr, I have filed it here.

This really sounds like this VM is bogus. Any idea how to report the problem to 
the Hursley?

Problem does *not* occurr on SR3.
