The visit(Modifier) and endVisit(Modifier) needs to be double-check for the comment mapper.

Closing as INVALID.
There is nothing to do for this. It seems to work as expected. The comment mapper should not try to map comments to a modifier. The comment should be mapped to the corresponding declaration.
