When I right-click on JDT core extensions (classpathVariableInitializer, 
classpathContainerInitializer, codeFormatter) and select 'Show reference', I 
get a message saying that the extension schema could not be found.
Are these schemas part of the build?  If so, do the schema file names match the 
schema attribute values in the plugin.xml?

Indeed, the schemas were defined but omitted from the build.properties.
