Description Farooq Kamal CLA 2011-01-24 09:21:35 EST
Build Identifier: RAP 1.4 M4

We recently updated the RAP version to 1.4 M4 and for strange reason the workbench menubar dropdown menu's disappear on Firefox randomly and and we have to restart the application to get it working again.

On clicking or hovering over the workbench menubar menus do not drop down. No error on console is reported even with log4j level at DEBUG

We are using the default business theme. This problem never appeared in the classic theme on 1.3

Reproducible: Sometimes

I've tried to reproduce it with our Workbench demo (default and business design) without success (Firefox 3.6.13 on Windows 7). Is it possible to be a Mac + FF issue only? Can you reproduce it under Windows or Linux? Could you provide a simple project to demonstrate the problem with exact instructions how to do it?
Comment 3 Farooq Kamal CLA 2011-01-26 07:32:15 EST
I have checked and its not a FF+MAC issue. Same result on FF+Win and Mac+Safari but strangely it was working on Win+IE. There hasn't been a problem since I have restarted the application (2 days ago). I'll get back with more details if it shows up again. Thanks

Without a snippet to reproduce it we couldn't assist you much.
