Although plugin generator is enabled and has other configuration of the default settings , TS plugin GUI doesn't reflect it.
I saw it on model validation plugin.

Attached an image that reflects the issue.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the tigerstripe.xml with TS editor . Ho to "generator settings" tab.
2.Configure a model validation generator to be enabled.
3.Change the setting of the plugin , as the config file.
4.Reopen the editor. 
5.Generator seems to be disabled and shows the default settings although xml is updated.

Confirmed with originator that this is invalid.
