RC1

1. In the Java Editor preference pages configure the code hover to CTRL
2. Open an existing Java file and hover over a reference: You see the Javadoc
3. While the hover is visible, press CTRL.

The hover closes. I have to move the mouse away and over the reference again to
see the code.

Talked with Martin. What he would like to see is:

1. activate hover via mouse
2. pressing a modifier shows hover info defined on preference page
