Apart from the OSGi Web Applications specification and some "getting started" info on the Gemini Web wiki, there is no documentation for Gemini Web.

The wiki material plus configuration info from the Virgo User Guide could form the basis of a user guide.

Programmer information would need to be derived from the spec.

- Documentation infrastructure is created and initial version of the User Documentation is created.
- Change is committed and pushed.

Gemini Web wiki is updated in order to cover usage of Gemini Web P2 Repository.
