Created attachment 182209 [details] Demonstration See http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&th=199262&start=0&S=861ec32bffbf69cb7147ab68c2ef56e1 for topic thread. The combination of putting a host plug-in and several fragments for this host into workspace/target platform differs in Galileo and Helios. In Galileo it's possible to have one ore more fragments in the target platform while the host resides in the workspace. In Helios this is not the case. Please find attached a project and a description of it's purpose (README.txt) in "org.example.releng" feature. Best regards Oliver Normann
Moving to PDE. I don't think the dev.properties is taking into account the use of an older framework that does not understand the @fragment@ syntax introduced in bug294196.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
