I have tried many times to launch the Target workbench resulting in a silent failure due to having
a .java (class) file selected.  It would be a lot more useable to have the Project the class that is selected be
the Project that is used to launch the workbench.
i.e.
/myProj/src/foo.java
is selected when launching ('Run-time Workbench').

Look up the project ('myProj')
Launch using 'myProj'
