Being able to sort by 'Value' column would make it easier to spot repeated strings, sorting by 'Key' column would make it easier to avoid clashing key names.

Also editing the 'Value' does not update the 'Context' window and it would be nice to be able to edit in the 'Context' window as it looks very much like a source code window.
When the Value of a string is changed, the preview on the next page shows the old value (I have to look in the messages.properties file to check it's correct) - it might be handy to show where values have been changed in the dialog.
