Build Identifier: Helios Service Release 1

i am running the Dynamic web project. for that first i set server in            1. Window>>preferences - runtime Environments.
2. right click on project go into Run as>>Run configuration
 in that i select : Generic Server, in that making New_configuration.
but in  right panel server combo is empty and at the top it giving error "No Server Selected "  I try hard for it looking in many tutorial but it still not getting right cause. Please provide me best solution.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Window>>preferences - runtime Environments.
