When you change the binary output to a folder which are a package,
the package is destroy and also inside java file.

To repreduce
	1) Create a new java project
		(source folder is project's root)
	2) create the package aa.bb.cc
	3) create the class aa.bb.cc.Foo
	4) change the binary output folder to aa/bb/cc

NOTES:

	Problem still occur in build 0.125.

Intended behavior if the binary output folder got changed.
